valuation, IP law, negotiation and intellectual asset management. The CLP is a trademark of the Licensing Executives Society.

the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential, a professional
designation of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts
(NACVA) that acknowledges expertise in business and intangible asset
valuation. We have held a membership in NACVA for over 10 years.
