property matters for individuals and

Fortune 500 corporations.
Mark specializes in accounting and economic
evaluation processes involving business
enterprises, product lines, intellectual
property and transactions. He routinely provides
consulting services concerning computations of
financial damages associated with commercial
disputes such as breach of contract, insurance
claims and employment cases. He advises clients

includes cases reviewed and affirmed by the

regarding novel and emerging areas of
biotechnology that resulted in important new
precedent in the areas of patent licensing and
patent damages.
