Teaches IP Valuation at Washington University Mark E. Hoffman,
a Member of Hoffman Clark LLC, was a guest expert lecturer at Washington
University for a Spring 2004 course entitled Management and Evaluation of Intellectual
Property Assets. Mr. Hoffman taught classes on
the topics: intellectual property
valuation, determining licensing royalty rates, patent and trademarks valuation,
and calculating
patent infringement damages. These classes are part
of Washington University's School of Law program in Intellectual Property and
Technology Law.
Mr. Hoffman has previously taught classes covering
intellectual property valuation and the tax implications of licensing
intellectual property for the Business Licensing Course at Washington University.
