Hoffman Clark Appointed Administrator of $80 Million Settlement
Hoffman Clark has been appointed the Administrator of an $80 Million mass-tort settlement. The class action lawsuit alleged exposure to asbestos during renovation of the Jackson County, Missouri Courthouse. St. Louis Circuit Judge Steven R. Ohmer approved the Settlement Agreement. Hoffman Clark was designated the Administrator by the Court.
As Settlement Administrator, Hoffman Clark handles claims processing and settlement fund management. As Trustee of the Qualified Settlement Fund, Hoffman Clark directs payment, disbursement, accounting and tax services for the settlement fund.
